All products in our store are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is custom-produced just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

Change of mind

Buyer's remorse

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at memydogandjesus@gmail.com with:

Your order number

A clear photo of the defective item(s)

We will arrange a free reprint or a full refund depending on the situation.

Lost or Undelivered Orders If your order is lost in transit, please reach out and we'll work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.

Wrong Address We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
